speed demon

this is a new breed of dragons that does not soar but is meant for flying high and fast. they do not usually migrate, or even fly much at all. they are as fast on the ground as they are in the air and make a formidible foe indeed. the scales that cover it are very small and are only able to be cut by a diamond tipped blade or another dragon's claws. but there are points where the scales are soft enough to be cut by a regular blade. under the forelegs and under the jaw are two such places. these dragons are preferred by thieves and those not wishing to be taken in by the law.
